We will be running groups for parents/carers of children with a complex neurodisability under the age of 5 years old. The groups are run by parents with lived experience and an Occupational Therapist / Physiotherapist. The programme follows 10 sessions, covering diverse topics to help you grow in confidence when caring for your child, whilst also providing a space to share and discuss with other parents / carers. The groups are quite informal, and you can bring your children with you, meet other families, and have refreshments together. 

The Newham groups will be on a Wednesday morning between 10am and 12pm at Stratford Library

The Tower Hamlets groups will be on a Friday morning between 10:30am and 12:30pm at Brady Arts & Community Centre
